Tomatillo, Serrano and roasted Pueblo chilies makes this salsa on the medium to hot side depending on the peppers. It goes well with country style pork ribs, enchiladas. We love it in the crockpot with chicken thighs add a few dollops of cream cheese to make a great chicken taco/burrito.
